Don’t worry if you have never practiced Pilates before – we will be able to cater for you in class because our class sizes are always capped to make sure we work at all levels. Its worth dropping us an email if you are an absolute beginner and we can direct you accordingly.

You can manage your class schedule online through our bookings system once you are registered. Please note that all changes must be made within 24 hours of the class you are rescheduling as we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

Wear comfortable workout clothes (cycling shorts under baggy shorts for men).Ideally no socks, so I can see the alignment of your feet.You will need to use a Yoga mat and perhaps a small towel or cushion to pop under your head.

Each class is 60 minutes long and each bespoke private session is also 60 minutes long.

Unfortunately no, although we do try to remain flexible in what we can offer you where we can.
