My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. The technique of Pilates, coupled with consistent practice, is what heals, what strengthens, what creates a real Pilates body.
My goal is not only to give you an amazing Pilates lesson every single time you visit, but to teach you what Pilates really is: to teach you about your body, about how it works and how it moves, how your breath can change your movement, how proper alignment changes everything.

Our virtual classes are live-streamed via the Zoom website. You will receive a Zoom meeting invitation prior to your booked class at least 15mins before class start time.
We would recommend using a laptop or iPad to ‘attend’. You will be able to see and hear your instructor and they will be able to see and hear you. Create an obstacle-free space at home and have a towel or mat laid out ready, together with a small towel or cushion and a couple of cans/weights.
